The series of Embodying the Goddess Playshops and Retreats is designed to give you the opportunity, in a safe, fun, loving environment to recognize your Divine Feminine Nature.  Different Goddesses from around the world will be featured in each playshop or retreat.  Through working with the archetype of The Goddess, who is found in every culture of the world, you can connect to your own Divine Femininity.  In this connection, you can become powerful, strong, independent, caring, nurturing, and giving – all the wonderful aspects of being a woman.  But most importantly you can become empowered to be your wonderful, amazing Self.

We are gathering together to Embody the Goddess within us.  The term embody means: 

1. to give bodily form to; make corporeal; incarnate,
2. to give definite, tangible, or visible form to; make concrete
3. to bring together into an organized whole, and
4. to make part of an organized whole; incorporate

All of these meanings of “embody” will be infused into the playshop.  We will create a new community of empowered women.  We will come together into an organized whole.   

The exercises and activities of the workshop or retreat are to incarnate and make real The Goddess for each woman.  The many faces of The Goddess are various archetypes that can be accessed and whose aspects can be brought into your lives.  As you bring these aspects of the Goddess into your body, you become The Goddess.  You can then bring this feeling into your daily life and remember it whenever you need that quality of strength, or protection, etc. 

In the process of choosing which Goddess to work with  embody, you will discover the qualities you desire from an individual Goddess are already within you.  Many times, you just haven’t accessed it before now, or realized it was there.  As you begin to recognize and embody the Feminine Divine, The Goddess, you become more whole and complete in yourself.  You become empowered.

I’m inviting you to take your life to a whole new level.  In just one weekend, you can learn to connect deeply with the Feminine Divine energy that is within you.  You can discover a community of like-minded, like-spirited women.  You can find your voice and the freedom to express the wonderful gifts you bring to the world.  You are a Daughter of the Divine and therefore important and loved.

Playshop 1:  Embodying The Goddess Thru the Chakras

Be The Goddess You Are!

The first playshop in the series is:  Emboding The Goddess Through our Chakras.  Our chakras are connected to our physical and energetic bodies.  We can readily access the power and energy of the chakras and then use that to connect to the Goddess, or Divine Feminine, energy within us.  This 2-day experiential, interactive playshop (we’re going to do lots of playing, not working!) will give you the experience of feeling and being the Goddess YOU ARE.  Let’s Play!

Our Playtime Together - Highlights

Day 1:

• Learn about the basics of our Chakra system.  For some, you may already have worked with the chakras, but many may find this to be new. 
• Activate and Balance your chakras.  You’ll learn to activate and balance your own chakra system.  You can use this method to clear your own chakras at home.
• Discover  and Learn about The Goddess.  You will learn the various archetypes and the Divine Feminine qualities in general.
• Experience through Story, Meditation, and Movement each chakra and the qualities and traits of the Goddess who relates to that chakra.  The Goddess were chosen from around the world.  Original stories have been created for each Goddess.
• Sing Chants to The Goddess in each of the chakras.    Original chants have been created for each chakra and Goddess (no worries about singing, we’re chanting and having fun!) .

Day 2:

Now that you’ve gotten to know each of the Goddesses, you get to choose which one you want to work with.  Here’s where we really get to play together.

• Art projects to connect your body image to your chosen Goddess.  This empowers you to love your body as the Body of The Goddess.
• Explore The Goddess you’ve chosen more deeply.   Express the Goddess in whatever creative manner you choose; drawing, painting, poetry, story, song.  .  .
• Dress up in the “regalia” of the Goddess of your choice.  Remember dressing up as a little girl?  We get to do this again!  Costumes and accessories will be provided for you to really embody and BE the Goddess.  (Feel free to bring your own accessories!)
• Get a portrait taken of You as the Goddess!  A talented photographer will be on-hand to take a portrait of you dressed and embodying the Goddess of your choice.  You will get to take one home with you to remember the experience.
  
• Fashion Show of us as Goddesses.  Show off how marvelous you are.   Appreciate the beauty of the other women as they embody their Goddess selves.
  
• Dance and move as the Goddess.  Connect with the other women in the playshop as we dance and move, bringing the Goddess more fully in our bodies.
  
• Share (as desired) your Goddess Self.  There will be an opportunity to share (if you so desire) what you learned during the playshop, your art projects, and any other experiences you had during the two days.
  
• Closing Ceremony to honor You as Goddess.  A special ceremony to honor You as the Goddess and your amazing Divine Feminine Nature will close the workshop.

Tora Moon:  Tora Moon is a gifted intuitive energy healer; using sound, music, and other processes to facilitate healing and transformation.  She is vibrant workshop facilitator, teaching classes in many different subjects focused on living full, thriving, satisfied lives.  She is the founder of Living In Thrival, an organization which provides healing, inspiration, tools, and resources to help people to move from “Just Surviving into Thriving.”  As a dynamic speaker, she shows people how they can thrive in their lives.  From her own life experiences she developed the principles and concepts of Living in Thrival.

Tora is a voracious reader and her spiritual studies began when she was 16 and has included study of the Goddess, comparative religion, Native American spirituality, nature-based spirituality, and the chakra system.  She has been studying and practicing using Mudras (yoga hand positions) and Sanskrit Mantras (chants) in her meditations for over 8 years.

Ayanna Mojica:  Rev.  Ayanna Mojica, MFA - Masters in Fine Arts, is a Renaissance woman, successful Entrepreneur, a Dynamic Speaker, Expressive Artist, Dancer, Teacher, Writer, Intuitive Visionary, Alchemist and Healer.  She holds degrees in dance, is a credentialed teacher, ordained minister, Money Reiki Grand Master, and Reiki Master Teacher.  Ayanna studied Expressive Arts Therapy, Coaching, Consulting and Education at the Post Graduate level at the European Graduate School in Switzerland.  Together with the Holy Spirit, she weaves a tapestry of exquisite energy, arts and healing in her unique and powerful work.

Rev.  Ayanna brings over 25 years experience as a spiritual teacher and healer.  Ayanna has studied with Peruvian Sound Healer and Shaman, Tito La Rosa.  She has been trained, initiated and attuned to heal money and spiritual issues by Dr.  Norris Carr, ND.  She also trained as a practitioner of IEH, Intuitive Energy Healing, and EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique with Rev.  Catherine Morris.  Ayanna integrates the use of the Amethyst Crystal Biomat, breath work, and sound to support and accelerate her clients healing.
